Week 6 already?! Where has the time gone? I wasn’t expecting to get a lot of training done this past week with work. But I did manage to get in a run on the treadmill and a bike ride. And now it is time to kick the training into high gear.
I also did a bit of cross-training, in the form of hot yoga. What started out as one hot yoga class turned into me doing two hot yoga classes back to back. Remind to really think hard about doing a double next time, if there is a next time!!
