This week I wish I was at Epcot for a variety of reasons – namely its Flower & Garden time (I first wrote Food & Garden – guess I’m also missing Food & Wine festival!! Ha!) and it would be a fantastic escape from reality which I could use right now. Instead, I will escape mentally as I gaze longingly at Mickey and Spaceship Earth.

I’ve never been to Flower and Garden, and to be honest I never really had any desire, but with the addition of the food booths now I’d actually really like to check it out!
Those food booths look amazing!! I really (need) want to try the rum Dole Whip!!
My dad and I go to Spring Training every year and usually take at least 1 day to go to Disney, so we’re usually there for the festival. This year we’re not going so I’m missing it a little extra 😦
Boo! But at least we are both missing it together. This is the first year in several that I haven’t been able to get down there for Flower & Garden.
